We received an awesome letter from Jessica Matthews, one of our missionary friends with Helping Hands Foreign Missions! She is the Director of Education at the Village of Eden in Uganda. Jessica started in Bolivia with Helping Hands (which was HHFM’s first mission outreach). Helping Hands partnered with Word Of Life Bolivia when Helping Hands first started. She stayed in Bolivia for 8 years before moving to Uganda to work full time with Helping Hands at the Village of Eden. She works in every aspect of the ministry from training housemothers to child sponsorship, medical outreach and education!
This past month Jessica told us they were able to to a Medical Outreach in an outlying village and shared the Gospel with over 400 people as well as provided much needed medical assistance.
